Terms & Conditions.

1. All items are subject to stock availability.
2. All prices are quoted in GB sterling and are exclusive of VAT which will be added at the current rate of 17.5%.
3. Payment is accepted by cheque, cash or BACs payment.
4. A deposit of 50% must be paid at the time of ordering. The balance to be paid prior to despatch.
5. Orders will be dispatched on receipt of balance payment. Orders will be ready for despatch 7 to 10 working days after receipt of deposit (unless otherwise instructed when placing order).
6. Carriage is charged at £7.50 for all orders. Carriage for samples will be charged to the client at a pre advised rate.
7. All prices are inclusive of embroidery of a single logo of up to 5,000 stitches in one location per garment. Rates for extra embroidery will be quoted at time of ordering.
8. If the artwork digitizing for clients logo is required, the cost of this will be clearly quoted before the order is processed (this is a one off cost).
9. It is taken as implicit in the acceptance all branding that the customer is either the copyright holder or and authorised user, licensed by the copyright holder and that the customer will indemnify Clothing Solutions in full against any claim for infringement that may arise.
10. No goods whatsoever are sold on a sale or return basis. Clothing Solutions will accept no charge for the carriage and packing for the return of any goods.
12. All orders accepted cannot be cancelled by the buyer and must be paid for in full.
13. Goods dispatched at the purchaser's request are entirely at the purchaser's own risk.
14. Shortages or non-delivery must be notified within 48 hours.
15. Title ownership does not pass from Clothing Solutions until payment in full has been received and the funds cleared.
